We will be soaking up the Vitamin D by the pool and out hiking. Meditation, yoga and fitness classes.
What is included:
4 days, 3 nights accommodation in a updated retro style bungalow. Pool, hot tub, and lounge chairs for relaxing in.
Plant based meals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. We will be going out one night for dinner which you are responsible for.
Workouts and ground transportation. You are required to get yourself there and back from airport but once at retreat we will have a shuttle.
