Kundalini Kore - A 4 week Kundalini Yoga Challenge

Begins Monday June 2nd 2025 @ 630am PST (30 minute class)

In this 4 week Kundalini Yoga and Meditation series we will be practicing a mixture of kriyas (postures) and breath that specifically targets our core and third chakra. It will be challenging but available to everyone (although if you are pregnant modifications will be needed)

A daily practice in community is one of the best ways to hold ourselves accountable when beginning a new habit.

Daily sessions live on zoom at 6:30am PST (sessions recorded to watch if you cannot attend)

30 minutes of breath, movement, music and meditation
