In this 4 week Kundalini Yoga and Meditation series we will be practicing a mixture of kriyas (postures) and breath that will ignite all your senses and bring you a renewed sense of vitality. It will be challenging but available to everyone (although if you are pregnant modifications will be needed)
A daily practice in community is one of the best ways to hold ourselves accountable when beginning a new habit.
Daily sessions live on zoom at 6:30am PST (sessions recorded to watch if you cannot attend)
