In this 4 week Kundalini Yoga and Meditation series we will be practicing a mixture of kriyas (postures) and breath alongside journal prompts and reflections to cultivate compassion and acceptance around our shadows, protective parts, triggers and insecurities.
A daily practice in community is one of the best ways to hold ourselves accountable when beginning a new habit.
Daily sessions live on zoom at 6:30am PST (sessions recorded to watch if you cannot attend)
