In this 3 week Kundalini Yoga and Meditation series we will be practicing a mixture of movement, mantra and breath alongside journal prompts to set you up for a summer where you are connected to self.
Often during this time we lose are rituals and I created this specifiaclly to make it easy and when we are finished you will have a set of various 5 minute practices to help you ground. This is a busy , fun and exciting season so we need tools that are not complicated, don’t take very long (otherwise we don’t do it!)
Daily sessions live on zoom at 6:30am PST (sessions recorded to watch if you cannot attend)
