Begins Monday April 29th 2024 at 6:15am PST (30 minute class)
In this 30 Day Kundalini Yoga and Meditation series we will be moving through a kriya to help us release stress and grief in the body. It will help balance our nervous system and remove toxicity.
This kriya is suitable for pregnant humans and people of all ages. It is challenging but available to most (shoulder injuries please message me)
Through breath, movement, mantra and meditation we will work with out bodies and mind to gain greater understanding of who we are and how we learn and grow.
A sadhana (daily spiritual practice) is one of the most grounding and nourishing things we can do for ourselves, especially when the rest of our schedule can be unpredictable. What’s included:
Daily sessions live on zoom at 6:15am PST (sessions recorded to watch if you cannot attend)
30 minutes of breath, movement, music and meditation
Community and connection
Classes and Private Sessions
