Re·ceive Retreat

This retreat was created because I believe that when we are open to what we have been given, what we have asked for and even sometimes things we did not ask for, we will find meaning and deeper connection to ourselves and others. Being in receivership and giving are mutually fulfilling and lead some of the most satisfying and rewarding experiences in life. Sharing stories. Hearing about another persons similar experience. Offering something you feel will benefit another. This is the nourishment of life and being a human being. When we give we are souls are fed and when we feed others we are rich.

This will be a weekend where you are taken care of. Where you will be able to relax, release and receive.

Giving and receiving are different expressions of the same flow of energy in the universe.

Navigating Change Retreat

January 19-21 2024

Change can be a fierce teacher. It shows up unannounced with lessons that we often cannot see until time has passed. It can be uncomfortable, scary, exciting and really, really hard. The unknown shakes us. We need to be heard. We need to speak to the fear. People who listen and let us be whatever we are in the moment.

Intention: To gather in community as we experience change in our lives. Whether you are navigating a new job and career, motherhood, menopause, divorce, death and birth. This isn’t about checklists and how to’s, figuring it out or distracting and making ourselves busy to escape the mystery and uneasiness. This is about being with what is. The messy. The scary. The groundlessness. And being supported and held. Finding time to play or cry, unwind and free to be ourselves.

What to expect: Three days and two nights in a secluded cabin in the woods. Daily Kundalini yoga and spa yoga and breath work with Carolyn Budgell. Nourishing vegetarian meals. Rest and relaxation. Hot tub. Facials. Connection and sharing.

When: Arrive Friday January 19th approx. at 4pm Depart Sunday January 21st at approx. 11am

If you begin to understand what you are without trying to change it, then what you are undergoes a transformation
